Matts Rosenberg appointed interim CFO of Purmo Group Plc

Matts Rosenberg has been appointed interim CFO of Purmo Group Plc, effective as of 1 January 2023. He will report to CEO John Peter Leesi. Mr. Rosenberg will act as interim CFO until the permanent role has been filled. Current CFO Erik Hedin will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of Purmo Group from 1 January 2023.

Mr. Rosenberg is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee and member of the Audit Committee of Purmo Group. During the interim CFO role, he will not participate as a member in Audit Committee meetings. He is also CEO of Rettig Group, a significant shareholder of Purmo Group.
