Purmo Group Plc (“Purmo Group” or the “Company”) has received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (as amended, the “SMA”) from Virala Oy Ab.
According to the notification, the total holdings of Purmo Group Plc shares and votes held by Virala Oy Ab increased to 15.09 per cent of all the registered shares in Purmo Group Plc on 17 August 2022 due to acquisitions of shares.
