VIRALA ACQUISITION COMPANY PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE December 17, 2021 at 11:45 EET
As announced earlier, Virala Acquisition Company Plc (“VAC”) and Purmo Group Ltd have agreed to merge to form a publicly listed company with the mission to become a global leader in sustainable indoor climate comfort solutions. The planned effective date of the merger is 31 December 2021 and the shares of the combined company, Purmo Group Plc, are expected to start trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki on or about 3 January 2022.
Purmo Group Plc will publish its financial information in 2022 as follows:
- 3 March 2022: Financial statement release 2021
- 12 May 2022: Interim report, January-March 2022
- 11 August 2022: Half-year financial report, January-June 2022
- 10 November 2022: Interim report, January-September 2022
Purmo Group Plc's annual report 2021 will be published as a pdf document at the latest on 31 March 2022.
All financial reports are published in English and Finnish they will be available at www.purmogroup.com after the publication.
Purmo Group Plc’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Monday 25 April 2022.
Purmo Group Plc’s Board of Directors will convene the General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder is entitled to have considered by the General Meeting a matter falling within the remit of the General Meeting provided that the matter is presented in writing in time for it to be included in the notice convening the General Meeting. A request is considered as having been received in good time if the Board of Directors has been notified of such a request on Monday, 7 February 2022 at the latest. Purmo Group Plc observes a silent period of 30 days prior to the publication of its interim reports, half-year financial report and financial statement release.
