Purmo Group Plc’s new C shares have been registered in the Finnish trade register

New C shares of Purmo Group Plc, a total of 671,779 shares issued in the directed share issue announced on 1 March 2022, have been registered in the Finnish trade register on 1 March 2022.

After the directed share issue the total number of Purmo Group Plc shares is now 41,046,310.

The new shares will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Helsinki on 2 March 2022.
