Purmo Group Plc has two classes of shares. According to the company’s Articles of Association, the class C share carries a preferential right to dividends and to other distributions of assets until an aggregate amount of EUR 60,000,000 has been distributed to class C shares whereafter class C share and class F share carry equal right to dividends and to other distributions of assets unless otherwise stipulated in the Articles of Association.
