Our strategy is built on three pillars:
- Solution-selling – We look at a challenge in its entirety and can offer better performance from lower energy consumption. We will increase whole solutions sales in the most mature core markets.
- Smart products – We will launch new smart products in terms of intelligence and connectivity, sustainability and aesthetics – to deliver higher customer value and promote sustainability.
- Growth markets – We can capture biggest opportunities beyond our current core markets. We will expand into markets and geographies where we can reach the biggest change.
We are also supportive of growth through M&A opportunities that support consolidation and expansion.
